Battle of Fallujah, 2004.
1. Marine Sgt. Lonny D. Wells lays mortally wounded far right from a bullet to his Femoral Artery. Gunnery Sgt. Ryan Shane rushes out to recover him.
2. Shane takes 6 bullets to his vest, and is wounded with a shot to the spine, as an unknown Navy Corpsmen rushes out to help.
3. Shane, now far left, falls to the ground as gunfire increases.
4. The Navy Corpsman is forced to retreat under heavy fire, Shane lies on the ground injured from his lower back.
Moments later, under covering fire, the Marines recover both Shane and Wells.  Wells dies from  blood loss, and Shane is retired from the Marines.  He is awarded the Bronze Star with V Device for his actions under fire.
I WILL NEVER LEAVE A FALLEN COMRADE.
